From the moment you make your first contact and ask for Anita Lavelle you will notice the personal, professional and friendly approach we offer our clients.
We will offer you a free face to face meeting with Mark Stant to discuss your requirements in detail and how we can help you.
We don’t believe in a one size fits all approach which is now becoming standard practice with accountants. We will not force clients to use certain online accounting packages or be prescriptive in what we require from you in order to undertake our work for you, but only guide and advise you on best practice.
Our fees will be discussed at your consultation meeting with Mark and agreed as part of tailoring our services to meet your requirements.
Once on board as a client you will experience our passion as we strive to become your Trusted Adviser.
We operate very much a face to face approach. All Clients are offered a standard once a year meeting, and depending on your requirements, meetings can be held on a monthly, quarterly or twice a year basis.
We are also on hand for regular adhoc advice, which more often than not is not chargeable, as we prefer to look at the longer term relationship than make a quick buck.
At our regular meetings we will discuss your business and/or personal affairs as a whole not just the numbers, and where required introduce you to other partners who may be able to help.
We will look for solutions for you and or your business which are best of breed or practice. We will regularly give you new ideas and information to help you and/or your business.
